Terms & Conditions

UmrahMove provides ground transport services in Saudi Arabia including airport transfers, intercity transport, and Ziarat tours. All services are subject to availability.

Service prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment (full or 25% advance).
• A booking confirmation will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp.
• Accurate passenger and travel information must be provided at the time of booking. UmrahMove is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.

We offer two payment options:

• 100% advance: Full payment at the time of booking.
• 25% advance: 25% paid online at time of booking; remaining 75% paid in cash to the driver on the day of service.

Online payments are processed by PayPro. By making a payment, you agree to PayPro's terms of service.

Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy page for full details. In summary:

• 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund.
• 24–48 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours: No refund.

• Passengers must be present at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time.
• UmrahMove is not liable for missed pickups due to passenger delay or failure to communicate location changes.
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may be charged to the customer.

UmrahMove shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by traffic conditions, road closures, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability to any customer is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

Our services may not be used for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Transport of prohibited or illegal goods is strictly forbidden. UmrahMove reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
